Hi! I’m Natasha.
I was born at the end of the winter solstice… the darkest day of the year, just before the light was to return. I find deep value in the shadowy places—and in knowing that the darkness is inseparable from the light.
It is my honor to walk alongside you on your journey, in trust of your process, wherever you may be.
I am skilled and passionate about supporting people who are empathic, deeply feeling, sensitive, and awakening.
I also enjoy supporting folks with psychedelic integration, with navigating and learning from anxiety, depression, and the impacts of trauma of all kinds. My therapeutic approach is inseparable from my belief in the interconnection and sacredness of ALL.
The Journey:
Lightworkers are also shadow workers.
It’s easy to look back on the hard things and acknowledge and honor how they made me who I am. I’m stronger for them, and these experiences actually guided me to be a truer version of myself, in forcing me to face my own shadowy parts.
Yet, in the moments right before MY OWN transformation, all I felt was unending despair.
But the lessons were hidden in the pain, soon to crack open into the light.
I had to learn these lessons of
… not holding myself responsible for the actions and outcomes of others
… of reclaiming my own sovereignty
… of learning how sweet life can be when I actually listen to that little voice inside that says, “what if I live in alignment with my deepest and truest yearnings?” AND “What if I listen to what I want?”.
The process led to the ending of a four year relationship with someone I considered my soulmate, yet the relationship kept me stuck in codependent and life-draining patterns.
It led to a therapeutic medicine journey on a hillside facing the ocean to mourn, grieve, and release unexpected losses in my life, through which I received permission and even the mandate to enjoy life fully.
It led to implementing NEW, SUPPORTIVE boundaries with family, moving away, traveling the world, and living life on my own terms.
Each of these losses was a new beginning. Scary as it was in the moment, these endings were part of becoming free, and part of creating a life that was initially beyond imagination. In making my way through these transitions, I am finding that I am the authority of my own life.
This commitment to healing has been a guiding force in my life for over a decade.
Tending to the wound has been critical to lightening the load, living in integrity, and opening beyond what’s merely okay or even good—into what is amazing, awe-inspiring, and “can’t get enough of it” wonderful.
✨ I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey of navigation your pain and shadows to find the light on the other side. Together, we will move through shadows and pain to help you embody the deepest, truest, and most authentic expression of yourself. Loving and embracing ALL of us leads to a more fulfilling and enjoyable life and to deep lineage and collective healing! ✨
